"Amazon shopping keeps stopping" the message just sits there and if I try again says I can't connect to the internet, but I already am. Been doing this for days. I've logged out and back in, checked for updates, cleared cache. And now today on a full battery, my Versa 2 went completely black. Its less than 6 months old, so I know it's not a battery issue. I'm stumped. How do I fix this?
Lori
Just an update, may help someone with the same issue. I solved the Black Watch problem. Press the side button quickly about 10 times, then just hold it in for 10 to 15 seconds. When I did, I got the Fitbit logo back, and everything reset.
Of course, I reinstalled the app and now on a Pixel 6, it can not find the location to Sync. I have them ALL turned on. SO Frustrating!!
