Help connecting device

Hi, I have been using my flex without issue for months now but recently it lost connection with the app and now won't connect at all. The device is fully charged and I have tried unintelligible the app and reinstalling but I still can't add my device. It finds the flex but then loses it straight away any ideas please?

Thank you. I tried restarting my fitbit and that seemed to do the trick 👍
