Everything in my FitBit app is in English except the help articles; the link points
to the Spanish forum. Does anyone
know how to fix this? (I want everything in English).

Which Android mobile device are you using? If you haven't already done so, please try the following troubleshooting steps and let me know if the issue persists:
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
- Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
- Reboot your mobile device.
- Reinstall the Fitbit app.
- Login using your account credentials.
- Let me know if the issue persists.
