Hello @Kim88evans its nice to see you are visiting the Fitbit Community. Calories In vs Out will let you know how many calories you have eaten against the calories you have burned due to your exercise. This include already your deficit accordingly to your Food plan intensity. MyFitnessPal shouldn't interfere with your food plan, but if you see a calorie fluctuation this post will provide you more information: MyFitnessPal: How to correct calorie discrepancy from MFP to Fitbit.

The Food Plan's tools update based on your foods logged and activities recorded by your tracker. So the more you exercise throughout the day, the greater your calorie allowance will be.

The calories deficit seem to be a lot, but as I mentioned above the allowance will depend of your exercise too. If you feel the deficit is to much take a moment to edit your food plan and reduce the intensity. This post will provide you more help in case you need it.

Keep logging your food to control your calories surplus and log your weight on your Fitbit account to maintain track of your weight loss. Take your time since it will require patience, but the important is you have the right motivation to achieved your goal.

If you still have questions, I'll be around.

The key to lose weight is eating fewer calories and burning more calories. So, in this case eat the foods that are low in calories and high in fiber so that you feel less food craving and also avoid overeating.

The high fibre foods are healthy when you are looking to lose weight, this keep you full for longer time and speed up your metabolism to burn more calories. Also exercise daily to rev up your metabolism and burn extra fat. You can try the exercises like HIIT, Strength training, aerobics, swimming and planks to burn more calories.

Also split your meals into 6 smaller meals to eat less and lose weight.
