Time on my Fitbit charger 2 watch is not right how do I fix it

Unless it is off by exact number of hours, as a time zone issue, it will get time from phone or other sync device the next time it syncs.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hiya Johnny yea my watch time is 21.41 PM and its 20.55pm on my mobile I dont know how to fix it I have tried everything  to get it fix 🙁

That probably means it has not completed a sync recently.  Go to the Charge 2 page on your phone app and look at last time synced.  If not recently, try forcing a sync.  If it won't sync, then that is the (different) problem.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi again tried to fixed it I think my phone Samsung galaxy a7 2018 is not compatible to Fitbit charger 2 can't sync or paired I have tried everything  feeling defeated 😒
