The Hotworx app is not syncing properly with my fitbit. 

Please advise.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. As it turns out, we do not have an integration with the Hotworx app at this moment, you can check our list of the apps that works with the Fitbit app here.  Also, I found this feature suggestion called: Make fitbit compatible with HotWorx app in which you can participate with your comments and a vote.

 

Keep in mind that the status of such feature suggestion is Not currently planned, however, this doesn't mean that we are note tracking what our users want and need, your feedback is really important for us.
