A warm welcome to the Community @TimeIsOff. Thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourself. I recommend doing this procedure one more time, change your timezone to a complete different one, sync your tracker, put the correct time and sync your tracker one more time. To change your timezone do the following from your Android Fitbit app:

1. Tap the Settings icon

2. Tap Account

3. Tap Settings

4. Turn off "Automatic time zone"
5. Tap Select time zone

6. Select your timezone

7. Sync

Let me know how it goes. Woman Happy

Hi there @jozef.vercruyss, welcome aboard to our Community. Note that the time cannot be change as you do with any other digital clock. This is exclusively manged by the timezone setting on your Fitbit Dashboard.

You can follow the steps from my friend @AlejandraFitbit, to change the timezone that best match your local time.

Let me know if you have more questions. See you around.

Time was correct in Florida, came back to central time and Fitbit charge didn't change. Now with daylight savings time, I thought it would finally be accurate. It sprang forward an hour. How do I get it to the correct time?

Hi there! I realize this issue is a rather old one but my Charge 2 is not syncing with daylight saving time and it's really frustrating. I've repaired my fitbit, I've restarted my phone and synced everything. Just not working at all. Please help!

@JLafanta, my Charge 2 advanced two hours instead of one for DST. I tried resyncing to fix it, but it did not change it.  I finally restarted the Charge 2 three times in a row, and it set the time to the correct time.

A very warm welcome to the Forums @Debhot and @JLafanta!

I'd just like to add to what @USAF-Larry mentioned. You can also try to reset the time on the Fitbit itself. To do it, please try the following:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and then go into the account tab.
  2. Scroll down and select the 'Advanced settings'.
  3. If you have Automatic time zone, turn it off. Then select a random timezone different to yours.
  4. Sync your Fitbit.
  5. Go back to the settings and select the proper time zone.
  6. Sync your Fitbit once again.

The time should then be corrected.

Please give that a shot and let me know how it goes!
