Hourly Activity Goal not displaying correct dots

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Since the most recent update, the hourly Activity dots have been wrong. On my fitbit it shows I have 9/9 from 8-5, but my app is showing I did not do the 8:00 hour. On the website it is displayed correctly. I tried changing the time to 9-6 and it was 9/9 even though it was only 4:30. It seems to be showing an hour behind on the app. Ex. For 8:00 it is showing the 7:00 hour instead. I tried restarting my phone, re-installing the app, and messing with my time setting.

@Runeviperbb, I would guess it is a bug in the app, and not worth worrying about too much. You know you did the steps, and the tracker knows you did the steps, and the fitbit.com Dashboard knows you did the steps. So, a bug in the app not displaying the data probably isn't fixable at this time.

@USAF-Larry, I figured that's what it was. I just want to make sure they know about it. Thank you very much for your response!

A very warm welcome to the Forums @Runeviperbb!

Just like @USAF-Larry mentioned, this is currently an issue that our team is aware of. At this moment we do not have any updates or developments on the matter. Once we do, however, we will be  sure to let everyone know.

Thank you very much for taking the time to bring it up.

If you have any questions, feel free to let us know.

My activity dots aren't showing at all on my Blaze. I have a blank square that says "are you moving every hour?"

Are you hitting the 250 steps? I set the time on my watch just to be sure that each step is counted and I can see what I've done every hour.

Yes I am hitting the steps every single hour. My problem is I don't see the "clock" with the dots at all. I use to and now its gone.

Hi @juskeepgoin!

Let's try to restart your Blaze. That should help to get all of the screens to show properly. To do the restart, please follow these steps:

  1. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. The Fitbit should then restart. You should see a Fitbit logo.

Keep me posted on how it goes.
