Hello @Ladybug62
I hope I understand your issue correctly. I believe your talking about the hourly activity tile. (+250 steps per hour) I’d try clearing the cache on the Fitbit App. Log out of the Fitbit App, then open your phone settings then scroll down and tap Apps. Look for and tap the Fitbit app. Now scroll down and tap storage then tap clear cache. Restart your phone then log back into the Fitbit App and try opening the Hourly Activity tile again.
😃 hopefully this provides you with the best answer to your issue. Please come back and let me know how it goes

@Ladybug62  I had this problem and it was caused by having the end set to midnight. If you have your final hour ending then change it to 11pm and you should find it will then load. It's been this way for a while now. This tatty app refuses to acknowledge midnight. I had to shift my hours back an hour. So annoying.

Hope this helps.

😃 Thank you for sharing your tips and experience @Lilbiddy. I’m happy you have yours sorted out.

Did you finally get yours sorted out @Ladybug62 ? Did clearing the cache or restarting your phone solve the issue? Maybe @Lilbiddy ‘s tip will help. Please let me know.

@SunsetRunner  The point is, as usual with Fitbit, it is NOT sorted out. For years I had my hourly activity ending at midnight. Then it stopped working. Changing my hours is not what I wanted. It's what I have to have to make the app function. When will Fitbit start correcting things like this? Because Fitbit has deleted all the older app versions I can no longer roll back to an earlier one that functions as I wish it to. So this is just a work around to make the best of a bad job.

I understand the frustration @Lilbiddy when something doesn’t work as it should or changes through a possible update. I don’t work for Fitbit….I’m a consumer like yourself and like you, i want a dependable products as well. So I get it. 😉

@SunsetRunner  As another customer then I'll offer you another tip. Instead of restarting your phone when doing the usual song and dance, actually turn the phone off and wait a minute or two before turning it back on. I have found in the past that the restarts on my phones seem to be too quick to totally clear whatever the snag is. It's like they don't totally reset without the power being off for a minute or two. I do this now as a matter of course whenever advised to restart my phone.

I cleared the cache and it didn't work.  It was worth a try thanks for the suggestion.  I did change the time to 11pm and it does work!  YAY!  Thanks @Lilbiddy I agree with you, it's dumb that we can't set the time we want.  I work grave shift so most of my activity is after midnight.  I had an older version Charge 2 and I really liked it, The screen went out and the charge only lasted a few days.  I just bought the Inspire 2 and I'm not sure I like the new updates.  I miss the stair tile (I can't find it so I assume it is no longer available).  I will just have to get used to it I guess.   Thanks for your replies and help. Have a FANTASTIC day!

@Ladybug62 On the app to the right above the steps circle do you see a grey Edit tab.

Press that and you may find the floors circle appear with a plus sign on it. Press plus to add it in. Then press what was the Edit tab but now says Done. If you want to shuffle the circles in the top box press edit and you can drag the circles about. Hope this helps.
