I have Samsung S10+ and when viewing the dashboard for Hourly steps, though it tells me how many hours I have met, it is not displaying on app. I have reinstalled, restarted and nothing seems to help

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? Is your Samsung Galaxy S10+ running Android 10 or Android 9? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps:

Best Answer@RicardoFitbitthanks for responding. Phone is on Android 10. I have noticed this problem for about a month and is still happening. In regards to your suggestions, I have completed them several times and nothing has changed. It tells hours but no icon.
