Syncing difficulties with OnePlus 7T

Disgusted and disappointed with fitbit versa. Ever since I bought it in July 2019, it has been giving me trouble. Have written a tons of times to Fitbit, they last came up with that my android phone one plus 5 doesn't have the required OS for compatibility. Now that I have one plus 7 T..having the latest OS, versa is acting even stranger. It doesn't sync with my phone unless once in a day I need to uninstall nand reinstall the app. And to add to my woes the battery started draining out at a speed where 100 percent would become nil in a couple of hours and the watch would die. Did everything like shutting down, factory reset and whatever possible.

Sorry to say this, but had mailed you this morning after looking at all the
links about which phone is compatible and about the efficiency of the
battery. My tracker has started giving me a new trouble, the touch panel of
the tracker not working and I unable to efficiently do my tracking. The
screen suddenly goes on to some screen which I haven't started.

Now the problem is less of compatibility as that seems to be not getting
resolved with the new phone too. But this touch panel not working after I
did the factory reset of the tracker and the battery draining out at a
rapid speed like from 100 percent to 0 in a couple of hours. This exercise
of the tracker complaint seems to be more taxing and draining than
physically workouts.

I m now getting further irritated with explaining and wasting further time
writing the problem again and again. Fitbit is a horrible product. Can't
really meet the standards of a smart watch as proclaimed. It's a big no for
me and all my contacts going forward. I m now going to write this issue of
mine on your face book page and tell everyone about this faulty product.
