Fitbit versa 2 on Huawei p20.
Keeps switching between sleep score with the sleep stages.
The sleep pattern :
I want to keep the sleep stages REM, light deep etc.
I've literally done nothing different for it to keep switching I can never see both
Any ideas?

This has happened since I got the fitbit 03.01.2020. It has happened at least 10+ times.

I think your issue needs clarification. Are you reporting that the display for the same day will sometimes show the old chart and sometimes show the new chart ... Or ... Are you reporting that on different days you sometimes get the new chart and sometimes not (but the display is consistent for that day no matter how many times you scroll back to that day)?
If the display is consistent for a given day, then the data collected for that day is determining the displayed graph. There are help articles that describe how to properly wear the Fitbit to capture the detailed data needed to support sleep stage calculation. I believe it is primarily the collection of heart rate data that is different. You need good heart rate readings throughout the night ... Which can be affected by position, tightness, etc.
Best of luck!
