I have a Versa 3, just switched from Charge 3. I've been puzzled by an issue for a long time and still without a solution – the "Health Metrics" just cannot appear in my Fitbit app.
I've tried everything: the Edit button, switch regions, reinstall Fitbit app, switch phones (both Android and iOS), and even get premium subscription... None works.
Fitbit customer support is just helpless. They only have routine answers or let you repeat those stupid steps.
By the way, I'm a Fitbit developer. I don't know if it's related.

Are you sure it is available in your location?
"Note: The Health Metrics tile and the metrics displayed in the tile are not available in all regions. To see if the Health Metrics tile is available in your region, see the health metrics page on the Fitbit website."

@JohnnyRow ,yes, I'm sure. I physically located in Hong Kong, and I've tried setting the region to Hong Kong, United States and Canada, which are all in the list.
