How do I Set Up Time and Watch

Can you please show me how to get the time, all the data from the watch

Let me help you get the time and the data to sync between your Fitbit and your phone.

In regards to time, it should sync and match either the one that you have on your phone or the timezone that was selected on the app's settings. You can click here to find the instructions on how to set the timezone or set time to match the one on your phone. After adjusting those settings sync your Fitbit and the time will match what you set up.

As for syncing data from the watch, syncing to your account should be more than enough to get that. If you have not paired your Fitbit that could explain the time and data not syncing between the two. You can click here to find instructions on how to run the set up.
