I have tried and nothing changed. Is it anything different to do when I have a Fitbit charge 5? I just bought one for my mother-in-law, and there is the same issue.

Hello @AHLINA and @Calin_Norge
I found this great article that explains in great details (step-by-step instructions as well) that should help you address your Time/Date issues you are experiencing here: https://www.techplip.com/how-to-change-time-on-fitbit/
Hopefully this helps…let me know. 😃 Happy Stepping!

Hi @Malc13, it is nice to see a new face in the community.
If you are not able to find the Advanced Settings option in the Fitbit app, what I would suggest is to look for the option App Settings, where you'll see the section for Automatic Time Zone and Location. By choosing the time zone automatically, the device would change to the date and time that your cellphone has.
You can also follow the steps listed here.
