I need help deleting badges.  Somehow my 4 yr old weight got put into my Fitbit account so it makes me look like I have lost more than what I have even though I have corrected the weight.  I have read directions on deleting the badges but there is not a trash can for me to use.  Can you please help?

You cannot delete wrong badges yourself. The only way to delete them is to send an email to support. They are the only ones that can delete them for you.

Just tell them which badges to delete and they will do that for you.

(Broken Fitbits One, Charge 2 and 3). Using Charge 4 and Garmin fēnix 6. App vs 4.41. Android 14
