How do I get Mobile Run

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

When I view activity, it shows me everything except miles for my runs and walks. Under distance, it just shows N/A.

I see there is supposed to be a MobileRun feature in the Fitbit app that will solve this but I do not see it. I have a Samsung 9. How can I get MobileRun or anything else that will show miles run?

Hello @ajd58 and welcome to the Help forums.  You don't have to do anything to get it.  It's there, but not marked as MobileRun.  Tap on your exercise tile on your phone app, then the stopwatch.  Slide the toggle to track and, voilà, that's MobileRun.  MobileRun will give you a GPS map of your runs and walks.  Yes, it only tracks walk, run and hike.

I did see that solution in forums however I don't have an exercise tile. I don't have any tiles at all. At least not what I consider tiles which are squares like the ones on the Windows 10 start menu. Could that be an issue with a Droid as opposed to an IPhone?

I finally found it by clicking on number of days of exercise this week underneath the stats for Today.

Thanks

@ajd58   You posted this on the fitbit.com Dashboard forum.  I just want to add that MobileRun is a phone feature, not a web feature.  This has nothing to do with your Windows 10 start menu.  The Today layout on both phones.  Mine is personalized.  This is what I mean by exercise tile:

Track your exercise is the exercise tileTrack your exercise is the exercise tile

If yours is missing, do you need help finding it and adding it?  If it is missing, tap on Discover > scroll down to Health & Fitness Stats and you will see your installed an available tiles.

I realize this has nothing to do with Windows. I was just pointing out that when someone says "tile" I'm looking for squares that are like the ones on the start menu.

I did find it buy clicking on the exercise symbol that shows  X of X days of Exercise this week.

It worked on my morning run this morning

Thanks so much

@ajd58   Glad you got it to work.  The item you tapped on is the exercise tile.  I am not a Windows 10 user, but I understand you comment now.

Enjoy you runs and stay safe.  😉
