Hello @robertinjo
Let’s check your settings:
Open your Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Versa 2 the scroll down and tap Notifications.
‘Look to ensure you have calls, text messages and calendar events (if you want that as well) are all enabled. While your on the same page tap App Notifications and enable your apps you want here.
Once you made all the changes please remember to sync your Versa 2 so that your Fitbit Tracker will accept the changes.
If you continue to have issues please check here to ensure your mobile device is compatible with the Fitbit App: https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/compatible-devices.
You didn’t mention which Huawei Version you have and in the link above it states ‘Despite meeting the above requirements, the following devices often exhibit compatibility issues that cause our products and services to not operate properly”. Look further where it gives you a link for instructions for help resolving any issues using the Fitbit app on this device. It will take you here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1979.htm
😃 I hope this provided you with an answer and if compatible it helps get your calls and messages up and running for you. Please let me know if this helps
