Fitbit says you should go fo a run if you can, to get a more accurate heart rate numbers.
I did so on 9/28/19. I was so winded, and felt like I was going to have another heat attack. Obviously, very unhealthy.
My problem now is that the peak Fitbit recorded that day is well above my normal workout heart rate.
I work to my safe, not life threatening peak almost everyday. Because of that one 10 minute run, the app never says I'm at my peak.
I removed the run from my exercise log.
How do I remove the heart rate for that day?
Thanks for your time,
Diane

Hi @DianeYoga. I'm glad to see you here in the Forums and I'm sorry for my delayed response.
Thanks for letting me know that your heart rate details weren't recorded correctly. Although you've deleted your exercise, there isn't an option to delete your heart rate data. I understand how important is to get accurate details and to work on this may I know if your Fitbit device too tight or loose on your wrist during your run? If you've not done so, check this help article for tips to improve the accuracy of your heart-rate readings. Keep in mind that several factors can affect your heart rate, including air temperature, stress level, physical body position, and medication use.
Keep me posted.
