How do I save bedtime and wake up time?

No 'save' button on bedtime and wakeup times, so stuck with default settings.

Found another user with same problem, but no response after several months.

OK, I figured out the problem. Your screen shot gave me a clue.

My font settings for the phone were set to display text as large, so I could read things on the phone without straining. However, that pushed 'OK' off the screen.

Poor UI design for that screen; controls should not be inaccessible for users adjusting font sizes.

On your phone Click

  • Profile photo
  • Activity & Wellness
  • Sleep

Sleep screen appears

Change your Bedtime and Wake up times [click ok after each setting]

Click left arrow [top left] on the Sleep screen, to return with saved info

Hi ray

Don't see your image but the OK is on the time setting screen, to confirm the new time, for Bedtime and Wake time individually.

Nope. No 'OK' anywhere on the screen.

Okay, which phone do you have? And can you post the screen you get when you click on bedtime on the Sleep screen to change the time. It should look like this.

To post a screenshot there is a camera or image icon in the reply screen and you can choose an image to include.

It looks like that without the 'OK'. I have an Android Moto Z.

That would be a problem.

Try

In Android phone Settings *

Apps

Fitbit

Storage - clear cache [not data]

Force Fitbit shutdown

[though it doesn't seem to fully]

Log back in to the Fitbit app

*Quick Shortcut: Press and hold the Fitbit launch icon, then App info [on some phones]

And for good measure, shutdown the watch and place it on the charger to restart it, and restart the phone.
