How do I see my previous workout history?

I can see individual workouts on the 'Today' page on the app, but there doesn't seem to be a way to look back at my overall stats (eg. longest ever run, average pace etc). Is this a feature that exists? Or even a more convenient way to look at my past workouts without clicking through day by day? Did some googling and didn't see anything and it feels like I've pressed every button on the app, so would appreciate hearing from you guys.

Hi @jassey. the easiest way to see your longest/best Daily-Lifetime is to see what awards you have received.

  • Open the Fitbit App
  • Tap 'You' in the lower right
  • Scroll up to the 'Badges'
  • Now Tap 'See All'
  • On the next page you will see all your badges.
  • Tap on a badge and it will tell you what day the last time you received the badge.

Unfortunately, this has nothing to do with recorded exercises. Sorry their is no way to see what your best Run is without tapping on each Recorded Event.

You can see what days you have recorded exercises

  • From the Home Screen
  • Tap the 'Exercise days' Tile
  • Tap 'Month' - By tapping the arrows you can browse through the months.
  • Days that you have recorded exercises will be in color.
