@Asterix78 Hi and Welcome - On the mobile app once you are on the sleep page you can select Benchmark this gives the average data to compare

When you look at sleep times in each stage, it shows three different guides; one is for a single night, one is for 30 day average, and one is for comparison to other people your age. Look for a thin box with these three categories just above the sleep times.

@Dugman Hi and welcome - for the full information on this please follow the link in my post below, Please note that you can only get an average readout on then same gender/age basis from the Mobile App, the function it not available (at this time) in the PC Dashboard or via Fitbit.com website,
