Good Evening Lizzy,
I updated my Ionic this morning and hace had problems ever since. At first, I had a black or blank screen. Googled remedies and the last one was to change clock face. Factory reset did not work, but chnging click face partially worked. I have no alpha and numeric characters and being trying to finish installing since this morning. I tried the app->fitbit->hard stop at that did not stop the install.
- Fitbit Ionic
- Samsung Galaxy S10 version REV.01
Not sure how to attach screenshot.
Any help appreciated.

I saw that you commented on how to get the installation to stop installing... this is the information that I have for you
- Versa 2 - Just bought it a couple days ago and I've done the updates
- Samsung Galaxy S21
- App is updated... I actually deleted the app and reinstalled it because I was frustrated
- I downloaded the clock face "CD Breathe" and it was working fine. I tried to switch to a different one and now I keep getting the error "Unable to Install" and it keeps stating that it is "Switching". I'm not able to switch to a different clock face at this time either.
- I have also restarted my phone thinking maybe it had something to do with that too
- I tried the advice that you posted to Force Stop the app but that didn't work either
Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated... I'm super frustrated!
Thanks in advance, Lisa

Hi @Lbrattyboop7 - did you logout, clear the storage cache and force stop the app.
Also restart the watch and phone. This will break the install not switching, and then it should work.

Hi,
I just got a new Versa 2. In the installation a clock was installed. I went to the clock and it does not give me the option to uninstall it. When I try to install another clock face, the new clock face goes away after 10 seconds but then the installed one shows up and stays on all the time, running out my battery. What do I do?

Hi @amazak - you won't be able to uninstall the currently displayed clock face, only not current ones can be uninstalled..
However it is likely the display is switching to the Always On clock face.
Long press [normally] the button to get to the Quick Settings screen and disable Always On. Check the other icons while there in case they need adjusting. You normally need Sleep and Do not disturb off.
