How do i change time on my fitbit alta please.

Hello @dgsshaun, let me start by giving you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. The Fitbit tracker take the time information based on your local timezone, which is configured on your Fitbit account settings.

 

So in order to modified the time, you need to change the timezone on your Fitbit account settings. To learn more about this, please take this post as a reference in case you need the steps.
