I'm trying to delete 2 year old notifications from Flex 2. Samsung Galaxy S10e

Your Flex 2 doesn't send notifications but will only display a light pattern that you have received a notification. 

 

Are these notifications found in your Fitbit App, and if so on which screen? 

 

Or what steps would I go through to find these types of notifications.
