How to make silent alarms to repeat

My Alta still sends alerts such as reminders to move and vibrating when I've reached 10,000 steps.  But if I set up an alarm to go off (say, at 3pm) it works exactly once and then doesn't go off anymore.  I have tried restarting my Alta, triple checked to make sure alarms are set correctly, turned off and turned alarms back on again (and synced them), deleted the alarms and set them back up again (and made sure they were synced).  This is most puzzling and I could do with a solution.

Hi there @Amblingirl. Welcome to the Fitbit Communit y Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear you're having a hard time getting your alarms to work as you want them to. I can definitely help you out with this and thanks for what you've tried to get them to work.

Whenever you set an alarm, it will automatically just go off once by default. If you want an alarm to go off at the same day everyday or certain days, you need to go into the app and in the part where it says "Repeat" when you're setting them up, you will see that it says "Never". Make sure you mark the days you want the alarm to go off and after that, sync your tracker. That should take care of it.

Hope this helps. If you have more questions, let me know!

PS. I'm moving your post to the Android App board for categorization purposes.
