Does anyone know how can I get the average sleep Hours back where it was I find the fitbit sleep score totally useless. I had 5 hours 40 min sleep got a sleep score of 82 rated good "what the ?" How could that possibly be a good nights sleep!!!. I just want to know my average hours for the week back where it was instead of the useless sleep score.

@suegee1 Thanks for posting that detail on how to look at the average time. I was able to follow it with no problems. Sadly, on my Android, it was still showing me the weekly Sleep Score and not the average sleep time per week.

@SunsetRunner, not everyone has a laptop or desktop for that matter. As I, for practical reasons, don't like the newer large phones I have problems displaying the on line dashboard on my phone. I think it is quite reasonable for people to complain when information that was easily available is made less accessible to make way for information that was not requested and is not required.

@Lilbiddy Has anyone actually emailed Fitbit Support or Google? I deal more with emailing Fitbit Support. I was actually not happy with the entire redesign and some aspects I still disagree with but it is what it is. I am not frustrated with the complaints, but why not call or email them to voice your concerns. I think it's sad when we stop discussing what the real issue is here and forget to read that others have the same complaints or concerns as well. Having been on this forum for a while, the constant complaining is the same as it has been, and as Fitbit transitions to Google ownership, I would think Fitbit Support would be good to get ahold of. As mentioned this is under consideration, but unless we are actually able to convince Fitbit here, we should be more focused on what specifics besides the sleep score need fixing. And what is it about the sleep score that you find inconsistent? How does that affect you in your day to day activities? Yes we are entitled to say what we want here, but until we are more specific in how we approach this, we are only beating our heads against a wall. And this is more of a frustration than anger,,,so I know it's hard for some people to see that this has been an ongoing situation. Just like the boy who cried wolf...the last time he cried wolf and the wolf was actually there, noone believed him!!

Please give us the option to view sleep hours at the top level of sleep details instead of score. The old functionality was better.

Sleep score detrimental. Everyone’s sleep is different in terms of hours needed. Sleep score is a value judgement.

Please! I was hoping it would just go back, but sleep score is not practical! It's not a reality most of us live in. Please bring back average hours of sleep, Soni don't have to go looking for it.

LizzyFitBit The community appears to be solidly against "sleep score" whatever that is. Give us back "hours slept." If you do not do this the ever smaller Fitbit Community will continue to exit and Fitbit will be history. If you want to know how we feel about it, then take a poll of your users and see how many want "sleep score." versus "hours slept" I am sure this will be educational for you.
You must realize that your users have millions of hours invested in learning how to operate software. When you make changes to software it involves users taking the time to learn to operate and interpret the new system. Many users will simply buy elsewhere.

steps (I think opening the app) It seemed strange as I already had the app
downloaded but it didn't disturb the app I had running already and it
worked!

Agreed, the sleep score avg is useless to me.
I'm with the many who will shop elsewhere.
Having the avg sleep hours was one of the biggest reasons I have a FitBit.
Crazy that they'd just take it away.

Hi ya
i also find the sleep score useless and much prefer how it used to be. I can see quite clearly the average amount i hours I sleep for the week. That was big thing for me as I never got enough sleep.

phone but I'm not that tech savvy so we chose the easier option of updating
the app. It might pay to ring their customer services and get them to talk
