Hello , just bought a charge 3 , was all set up and somehow my weather on my device , saying not synced. Not sure how to synch .??

Hello @Drywalljohn, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for the information that was shared in your post. To set up the Weather app on your new Charge 3, please follow the next steps:
- In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab
- Tap the gear icon
- By default, the Weather app shows your current location, which can't be deleted. Add up to 2 additional locations you want to see in the Weather app.
- Sync your device with the Fitbit app. It can take a few minutes to see the updated list of locations on your device.
If the weather doesn't update, check the following settings:
- Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I allow the Fitbit app to use my phone's GPS?
- All-day sync must be turned on in the Fitbit app.
- The Fitbit app must remain running in the background on your phone.
If you change locations, sync your device to see your new location in the Weather app.
