@MrDouglas Hi and Welcome - sorry you seem to be have problems - lets see if we can get this sorted for you, right as you have not mentioned what tracker you are using and what notifications you require (ie from fitbit to mobile or actually on device) I will try and give you both options,

Set notifications to phone from fitbit (from PC Dashboard go to the Cog Symbol and click to get a drop down find settings and click on that, on the left hand side of the page you will see notifications click this option and a page should appear with check boxes - ensure there is a tick in each box you want notifications from (Phone & email) now goto device settings look for menu items and you will see exercise, heartrate, Notifications etc) ensure this is switched on you can also drag up and down the menu to tell it where you want to see it on your device - ie drag Notification (left click and hold on the up/down arrow) and drag to the position you want - this is the amount of times you need to press the device button to turn on/off from your device

From Phone (I got plain s8 but should be the same)

1, click settings and scroll to notifications

2, on the notifications page scroll down to fitbit and click

3, select the slider to on,

now to get notifications on your device - go to fitbit app,

1 click on the device picture and again on the next page (you should see sync, allday sync and general options - under the general options should be notifications click on that and enable notifications (follow instructions)

2 from your device you can turn notifications on and of by pressing the button until you see notification and the status under it.

its a lot to take in and some will over lap if you have access to both platforms

Hope this helps - let me know if this works

Kind Regards

Wayne
