How to track interval workout activity

I do workouts where i do a mix of things like sit ups, push ups, burpees, star jumps etc. When I log it on the fitbit app I dont know what type of exercise to class it as. There is no option for workout or interval training so what would be most accurate? Thanks

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which Fitbit device are you using? If applicable, you can customize the exercises from your Exercise app and select the Interval Workout or Workout.
