How does one cancel their subscription to Fitbit beta?
From now, I only wish to install latest officially released version of the Fitbit app. But I can find no way to cancel my subscription.
I have been to the beta.fitbit.com and tried to login. It does not recognize my account. And it will not send email for password reset.
How does one unsubscribe?

Are you talking about a beta version of the App or firmware? The beta.fitbit.com program is generally for firmware only. If it's the app then go to the play store, search for Fitbit and scroll down to the bottom of the listing and it should give an option to leave the beta program. Alternatively from the store home page tap the hamburger, tap 'apps and games' and then tap 'beta' to see what beta apps you have installed. You can also cancel from here.

Hello @Troikaflight, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, welcome back.
I appreciate the information that was shared in your post, totally understand how frustrating this can be for you. Since you're unable to login to your Fitbit Beta account, I recommend you to initiate a Forgot password procedure to recover your credentials and then cancel your subscription. Please go to https://beta.fitbit.com/welcome to do so and let me know how it goes.
See you around.

Yep, the Fitbit beta app program is like being in the LOST island... There is no escape, I've tried, they do not reply, ever... I've wanted and tried to get off, or, out, for over a year

I was referring to the beta version of the app, and, oh my goodness, that was so simple! I know I've inquired with Fitbit, and briefly on other forums, with this question about how to leave the beta app subscription, because I've suspected that a few issues I've experienced on occasion might be caused by the beta app.. Good grief, forgive my snarky comments above, and thank you again!
