I cannot find my phone, the Huawei Mate 9, in the list of Android compatible devices. I'm interested in getting a Fitbit Blaze but don't want to waste my time if the phone is not compatible. The phone has Android 7.0 on it. I have found on the website that some Huawei devices, with a name different from "Mate," are not compatible. Some version of the Mate 7 appears to be compatible. Does anyone know/can anyone confirm that the Fitbit app will work on the Mate 9 and sync with the Blaze? Thx

Nope , fitbit doesn't work at all with any Huawei phones produced after 2015. For other brands sometimes they sync but not to well. Huawei doesn't work at all

Hi, I own a Huawei Mate 9 and bought a Fitbit charge 2 a while back, I downloaded the app and had no trouble syncing with my Fitbit.

Hey there. If it is not in supported lists, it doesn't mean that won't work. Just unpair from your phone, pair it again reaload app and in apps settings menu under notification turn in in your wanted notifications. And ofcourse in fitbit charge 2 also need to turn on notifications. And then it must work, at least mine works fine.

Hello,
I am having issues with my versa syncing. I have deleted it from my fitbit account almost 6 times. Notifications have never really been that reliable, but my biggest issue now is the time is 12 minutes off. It initially syncs when I add the device, but the time stays off. All of my other Bluetooth devices work just fine. Please help. Thanks
