How do you get your fitbit to synch on a Huawei Mate SE?

@PattiAnne72501 Welcome! It's great to see you around. Sorry to hear that your tracker isn't syncing with your phone. Your phone doesn't show as compatible but you can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
Let me know how it goes!

PattiAnne - I did the following in January of this year and it has worked just fine for me. I have to repeat the steps every couple of days, but at least it works. I have not tried the permanent fix at this time since this works for me. I hope it helps. The following is copied and pasted from another thread.

Hey everyone! Happy New year!
I think I found a fix for Fitbit not syncing with Huawei phones. Go to the play store and download the "Sync Fix for Fitbit" app.
Open the app and click "Fix Now" and then you should be able to then go sync on your phone as normal. It's one extra step each time you sync, but it works!"
