Hi Aless,
Can I get some clarity regarding compatibility?
How can you have so many updates, but no compatibility for devices like Huawei P9 lite? It doesn't make sense to have such limited options???
Is there any timeline with regards to a new update release including compatibility for devices like mentioned above??
Thanks!

@LaurenSM Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I have moved your post to the Android board for better visibility as it is geared towards Android and not Charge 2. I'm sure you and many other Huawei users have been wondering if there will be any updates to support your devices. Our Android team is always working to add more devices to our official Supported devices list, but at this time I don't have any information if the Huawei P9 lite will be added as one of them. I understand your concerns and can assure you this feedback has been relayed to our team.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you out with.

Hi Team; my wonderful wife and I brought each other 2 charge 2 for Christmas, I am dismayed that to find it doesn't work with my huawei phone, i have tried many work arounds, but in the end FitBit doesn't work, now reading the dates on the various post i would say this issue has been around more than a year, I'm posting this for the sake of others
- I have tried many bluetooth apps, 3rd party options, dont bother, they detect and can see fitbit just fine its only the fitbit app that fails, because its locked down I cant update software, or any such stuff,
-Tried all avaliable "reset" options
-Go get a refund ( im going to return both of them even though her's works with her samsung; the developers of fitbit really dont care or rather its so far down the "prioritization list" that it wont be dealt with until your p9 is obsolete which I think this is what they are hoping for.

Hello,
You have the same problem for 2 years now. I don't think you are going to solve it soon. I am thinking of switching to a Garmin watch. My boyfriend has one and they are fast in solving the problems. For example, they also had a problem with syncing with an Huawey P9 lite phone, but in 3 months they fixed it.
I was a huge fan of fitbit, but I am starting to get tired of depending on my laptop to sync my data and not taking advantage of the notification system.

We have experienced the same problem with Huawei P9 lite. Could not even pass through the initial screen for go to support url ... .However we have made the following steps
1) Registered the fitbit from another device
2) Refreshed the application on the P9 lite to fetch that there is a device registered to the account.
3) Then you need to enable the "All day sync" option, if this option is checked the Fitbit will fetch its data even without Pairing the Bluetooth which is strange, but it works for us :).
5) Then simply turn on the Bluetooth on the P9 device once you want a sync and open the app 🙂
Hope this works for you as well.

Hello,
Thank you for your solution, but meanwhile, I've changed both my phone and watch 🙂
