I have downloaded hydrocoach.
I have entered fitbit details in the hydrocoach app and allowed access to fitbit, but my water intake is not syncing to the fitbit app.
Can anyone help me work this out please?

I can't find a direct support channel for Hydro Coach, but tried messenging them on their Facebook chat. No response yet, but it's only been 30 min since I reached out to them.
Best AnswerI face the same issue. I contacted Hydro Coach and they said that from their side everything seems to work fine (and that I should wait a day before the syncing starts). Of course, 2 months passed and nothing 🤔 I am wondering if the syncing works for anybody? Should I still have hope that there is a solution in place?
