I Am Invisible On Workweek Hustle

I am currently in a challenge with 6 other participants for Workweek Hustle. My FitBit battery was super low, my name disappeared from the board with my stats, yet on my FitBit regular screen, I can see that I am either xxx amount of steps ahead or behind... We, it seems are playing cat & mouse in the challenge.🤭. On the Workweek Hustle board, I see all their stats except mine, even FitBit generated responses that he or I have passed each other. How can I again become visible. It is almost like I am there, but am invisible.🤷‍ I have restarted my phone & the app itself several times, with no change. Also, I tried 'forced stop'. Thanks in advance.
