Hi, @Giulio88 , unfortunately the "lite" versions of the Huawei phone handle Bluetooth differently from most other devices, and are therefore incompatible with a large number of other Bluetooth devices, including the Fitbit.

Here is the link to the Fitbit help article indicating that the Huawei p20 lite is definitely not compatible.

I am sorry not to have better news for you.

But after paid 180 euro I'd expect this watch to work with this phone! I had a huawei p9 and it was working fine! Also, at the beginning it was sync! I'm really disappointed that an expensive watch can't sync with a huawei! It sounds ridiculous!

Fitbit does provide a full list of supported devices in the link I shared above.  Obviously it cannot support every device, although many phones not listed do work -- it just means that they have not been fully rested.

In the case of yiour phone, Fitbit is very open about incompatibility.  My understanding is that many other BT devices, not just Fitbit, do not work with that phone, as I mentioned, so it is, unfortunately, a well-known limitation.

It's a big limitation. I see it works for other huawei and I may understand if it wouldn't work with different brands, like apple watch, but not for different version in the same brand (huawei in this case)! You know apple watch works just with apple products and not with any different device so you buy it just if you're using an iphone otherwise you don't buy it.

If fitbit allows it to work with several brands it's a bit disappointing that if you buy a new updated version phone of the same brand it probably couldn't work.

Again, it sounds ridiculous for a brand like fitbit having these problems.
