I can't find my awards

So I was stacking up Awards for some of my achievements, and now I can't find any of them? What happened?

Thank you for the information provided.

To view Badges and Trophies in the Fitbit app:

1. Tap the Today tab  , and tap your profile picture.
2. Tap your name > Badges and Trophies.
3. Tap Badge Collection to see your complete collection of badges, including any weight badges you’ve earned. Note that weight badges don't appear among your Top Badges in the Fitbit app.

Whether you don't see them, please check if they appear in the online Dashboard here. If you can see them, I would recommend logging out and log back in to the Fitbit app.

How to I sign up to earn Trophies? When I click on any of them, they don't respond.

Hi @StoneyDee3  read this article about badges - click to go there. Badges are earned by your activity. Trophies are earned when you do challenges. read about challenges here - click.

So we have to have a Premium Subscription before we can do challenges for trophy emoji awards then. Got it. Thank you.

@StoneyDee3 you don't need Premium to earn badges or trophies. Premium does have a few different challenges. Was there a particular trophy you were interested in getting?

Well if I don't need a Premier membership, something else is wrong. All of
the Trophy buttons are greyed out in my app. I try to click on them and
there's zero response. So basically, I've never gotten past trying to even
consider or try any challenge.

read about challenges here - click.   You don't click on the trophy, but you tap on the challenge you wish to try. If it's grayed out, it could be your app isn't compatible with that feature.
