I can't set up my Alta

I just got my Alta today. It's charged, and I went to set it up in the fit bit app. I hit the button to finish setting out up and it tells me to update my app. My app is up to date. My phone is up to date, and supported. I have rebooted my phone. I have reset my Alta. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app three times. I do not have access to a computer with internet. Please somebody help.

I read this post before I posted mine, and tried everything on it. Nothing
worked. The app is telling me I need to update it, but there is no update
for our in Google play store.

If you've followed all the suggestions in order to make it works, my best recommendation would be to get in touch with Customer Support directly.

 

I'm pretty sure they will do a deeper investigation and see where the issue is coming from. Don't forget to mention all the steps you've done so far to avoid getting the same ones.
