Hiya. I've inputted my diet plan and requested 2lb off a week so should have a calorie defecit of 1000 calories per day which is fine by me. But the numbers on the ap just don't seem to add up! So far today I've burnt 3755 calories and eaten 2568 calories. So that should be 187 calories left to eat to get me to my correct defecit. BUT it's saying I've got 785 calories left to eat today which will mean I need to eat 3353 which will be a deficit of only 402. Help!!!

Caloric deficit is the main component for weight loss, but it needs to go accordingly to your current weight and weight loss goal. Please check your BMI chart and see if the caloric deficit you are aiming to reach is not too strong for your goals. If this is the case, you'll need to create a new food plan because once you create a Food plan, you cannot edit the caloric deficit; only start it over.

To make a new food plan, you'll need to follow these steps:

First, you'll need to go to your Food log page and click on the arrows on Food Plan until you see the option "Edit Plan".

After you've done this, click on "Set a new Goal"

Add your starting weight and your desired weight and click next.

Click on Next and select the Plan intensity of your choice Smiley Happy

Click on Next until the end, reading the tips and assistance through the windows.

Keep in mind that you need to log your meals and sync your tracker so you can get the most accurate calorie burn numbers. You can check the progress of your Caloric balance at the In vs Out Calories tile.
