I have app version 3.2 but still the old dashboard

My Fitbit app had been updated on android since it was stated the new dashboard would be rolling out. It's been quite a while since then and I still haven't been prompted to switch. What can be done to fix this?

I believe the rollout is still taking place. If your app is up to date then there's nothing to do but wait for the new dashboard to arrive - there's nothing that can be done to speed it up.

Hello @Ace124  welcome to the Community Forums! Let me answer your question today, sorry for the delay in responding your post.

Just as @SteveH stated, please take in consideration that since the Fitbit app version 2.92 the new dashboard design rollout begun. If you’re invited to opt in, you can see the new design and try our new app experience to access all your stats and information in a way that’s more dynamic, integrated, and highly personalized. For more information and details about this, please check: What’s the new Fitbit app experience?.

Let me know if you have any additional questions.

My husband was invited to change to the new look and I was not. How do I change to the new look?

You just have to wait until it is rolled out to your account. There's nothing you can do to make it happen any sooner.

Hello @SandraMCr welcome to the Community Forums, it's a pleasure to assist you with your inquiry. Sorry for the delay in responding your post.

Just as our good friend @SteveH stated, the rollout of the new dashboard design is still in progress therefore my best advise will be to keep your Fitbit app up to date because you'll receive it soon. In the meantime you receive the new dashboard design, please learn more about it here

Don't hesitate to ask me any additional questions you may have.
