Good morning,
I am having an issue where I have to Force Stop the Fitbit android app in order to sync my Luxe, and would like to know if there are any solutions to this issue?
I have followed all other suggestions I could find that relate to this issue:
1. my bluetooth is always on
2. I have disabled battery optimization for the app
3. i have reset my Luxe, and my phone
4. i have cleared cache/storage
I shouldn't have to do any of these steps in order to sync. Before I realized this issue was happening, my Luxe went 3 days without syncing. As of right now, the only way my Luxe syncs is after Force Stopping the app.
Is there a way to fix this? Or should I start shopping for a new fitness tracker?
