Bought Charge 2 but it absolutely will not pair with my Samsung S5 or my Tab A Tablet.
Tried rebooting, reinstalling, blue tooth on/off. extremely frustrating. Returning it tonight.

Welcome to the forums!
oops you said S5 thought you Said S8 @MarvJ
Try this
In your smartphone, with your Bluetooth turned off,
1) Go to your Setting >Application Manager > Fitbit App
2) Clear Cache and Clear Data and Uninstall
3) Reinstall the app, and allow the app to turn on your smartphone's Bluetooth when prompted
In your fitbit app, go to your device, and:
1) Turn ON All-Day Sync
2) Turn OFF Always Connected phone support
Do not know about your tablet you will need to check
