Ignoring friend requests dosen't work.

I get random friend requests all the time, and if I could actually ignore them, I would be fine, however, every time I hit the ignore button, it adds me as their friend, and I have to manually "remove friend" from the three dots in the upper right hand corner. What's the point of having an ignore feature if it doesn't work?

Rather than Ignore, @Keetabirdy , try Block. In the screen where you see the Ignore button, look to the top, right for three dots. Tap those and select Block.  O further action required and you won’t hear from that particular person again.
