In app notifications not loading

I have been having problems with my in app fitbit notifications not loading and having an error on the bottom of the screen for the past 5 days. (Cant see comments, friend requests or any challenge notifications for the past 5 days. I'm getting emails saying that I have friend requests, but I cant respond to them or see them in the app)

This also happened at the same time my workweek hustle that I created disappeared. 

-I restarted my phone

-I closed the app and restarted again

-I manually updated Fitbit app in the Playstore

Nothing has helped! 

-I fully charged my phone and Fitbit

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too. To better assist you with this and to gather more information, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

 

Also, please try to check such information in www.fitbit.com dashboard and let me know if the same issue is experienced, this way we will be able to identify if this is affecting your account or the Fitbit app as itself.
