Hi @Pcarp, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delayed reply.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post. For the syncing issue I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Android mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes. In regards the food entries, please try the following:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the Android version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.

Keep me posted, I'll be around if you need anything else.

Ricardo,

I did as you suggested. Forced stopped Fitbit app. Uninstalled. Restarted/rebooted phone and reinstalled Fitbit app. MyFitnessPal shows my food for dinner logged correctly for 625 calories. Fitbit shows three separate dinners. One for 300, 500, and 625. So shows my daily calories over by 800 calories. Very frustrated 😡
