In-app workouts keep buffering and just spinning out. Sometimes they pause altogether. If I quit early, the workout doesn't log. I have checked that my phone is upgraded to the most current OS, and I updated the app the other day. I have an older phone and a first-generation Versa, so I'm not sure if deleting the app to reinstall will cause issues. Thanks!

@rcb502 Welcome back to the forums. I will gladly help you regarding the video workouts on the Fitbit app.
Thanks for the explanation and trying to solve this on your own. You have actually tried most of what I would have done. I also suggest you to try a different internet network. However, please do give this a try first. Clear the caché memory of the Fitbit app. In your phone settings you will find "apps". Tap on them and you will be shown a list of the installed apps. Look for Fitbit and tap on it. There you will be able to find the storage section and there you can clear the cache memory. You may have to log back into your account again.
Which smartphone do you have? Minimum Android requirement is Android 9. As long as your device is running on this Android version, there should not be a problem if you delete the app and then reinstall. I would also give that a try. Thanks in advance!
