Inconsistent notifications on Charge 3

Charge 3 is 2 months old and is inconsistent with notifications. Suggestions?

To better assist you with this consistency concern, can you please let me know which Android device you're currently using? Also, when you say that the notifications are inconsistent, you refer to the call and text notifications of both of them? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then?

 

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 3 are correctly configured.

Thank you for responding. I have a Charge 3, purchased July 12. I have it set for notifications, and they worked fine up until about a week ago. Sometimes I get them, sometimes I don't. I'll get a buzz on my wrist, but I have to press the watch itself to see what the notification is. Frustrating!

Then, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone even though you're sometimes receiving notifications and let me know how it goes.
