Incorrect caller ID

Fitbit charge 2 caller I'd is the same for who ever calls is there  a way I can fix it to show who is actually calling me I have the samsung galaxy 9 x

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Charge 2 are correctly configured.

 

After verifying the above, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

Thank u this did work for a while but then stopped any calls i get say the same name i did turn the phone off and bk on then it worked but isnt working now x

It seems that this is affecting a number of people and fitbit are looking into it. Keep an eye on the following thread where they are posting updates:
