Incorrect pace and kilometres

Since early October my run pace has doubled and my kilometers run has hauled. I have reset my charger 2 and reloaded the app to no avail. Can anyone help? I walk/run the same routes in about the same time so that hasn't changed.

I'd like to take a closer look at what could be happening. Thanks for trying to reset your Charge 2 and reloading the app. 

 

Please answer the following questions:

  • Are you connecting your Fitbit to your phone during the activities? (For GPS data) Or are you letting the Fitbit track the runs on its own?
  • Did you switch phones around the time that this started happening?

Knowing that would let me find the best way to move forward.

I haven't changed phones and the fitness and my phone are always connected. The issue began in early October.

Could you share some screenshots of some old and some recent activities where you can see the difference? That should definitely help in determining the best way to go about this.
